Palm Beach Automations provides AI-powered automation services including sales development automation, automated content marketing, and AI help center solutions. Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as agreed upon in individual client engagements.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We target 10x ROI for every client. Our money-back guarantee is subject to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Guarantee eligibility requires compliance with our recommended strategy and a minimum engagement period as specified in your contract. Results may vary based on industry, market conditions, and business factors outside our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals of content and strategies, and maintaining access to necessary platforms and tools. Delays in client approvals may impact delivery timelines and results.
4. Intellectual Property
Content, systems, and automations created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Palm Beach Automations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Palm Beach Automations makes no representations or warranties regarding business performance, legal compliance, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from misinterpretation, errors, or omissions in the information provided. Any forward-looking statements, projections, or market insights are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are due and any delivered work product transfers to the client.
